We are a small family dressage barn located minutes from downtown Davis. Our farm is 4.3 acres, nestled in a friendly neighborhood of ranchettes.
The facilities at King Farm include a 6 stall barn with 12 x 12 stalls with attached paddocks, a secure tack room, indoor grooming stall, and a cold water wash area. We have a full court dressage arena with lights and premium sand and crumb rubber footing, a beautiful seasonal pond, green turnout pastures, and the property is fully fenced and gated for security. We have many plans for our farm including, mirrors for the arena and further landscaping.
Full care board is $400 a month, and includes the following care:
Quality hay, your choice of Alfalfa, Oat and/or Grass, fed three (3) times per day.
Graining & supplements fed once (1) daily, owner provides grain & supplements.
Blanketing in the winter months and fly masks/sheets in the summer months.
Stalls cleaned everyday, and bedded with fresh shavings.
Other services can be added as requested for an additional price.
